These are complicated questions for a layman like me. Anyway recently my dad had a heart surgery. I was impressed by the professionalism shown by the nurses. Doctors perform the surgery and go away --- their job is just for a couple of hours. It is the nurses who brought him back to strength. Could never have recovered so well and quickly without them.
